Q: Can only businesses with a registered liquor license purchase from LTA?
A: No, we also sell to the general public. If your company is not a licensed premises but you wish to order regularly, we can set up a cash-on-delivery (COD) account for you. Please speak to our administration staff for more details.
Q: Do you have a minimum purchase quantity?
A: Yes, our minimum purchase quantity is 6 bottles of wine, a carton of beer or 4.5L’s of alcohol in all other circumstances.
Q: Are there other ways I can order?
A: Yes, we also accept phone orders between 9am-6pm AWST. If you do not have a trade account already, please have your credit card ready to make your purchase over the phone.
Q: Do you take payment online?
A: We do not accept online payments. If you are a licensed premises with a registered liquor license, you may set up an account and payments can be made to our receivables department via the instructions on your invoice. If you do not have an account and are a member of the general public, you may make your payment over the phone with your credit card. We can also arrange cash-on-delivery payment with account holders who do not have a registered liquor license.
Q: Do the prices on your website include GST?
A: Prices listed online do NOT include GST.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: To cancel your order, please contact us by calling 08 9383 7666 or emailing us at email@example.com. Terms and conditions apply.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee policy on all our liquor. A full refund will be provided if your alcohol is unopened, undamaged and has not been chilled. An exchange will be provided if you have opened or chilled the products (but not damage has been sustained to the label). Q: Do you deliver to other states in Australia other than WA?
A: No, unfortunatley LTA’s delivery is restricted to Western Australian customers only. You may wish to consider our retail supplier Winecow as a viable alternative at www.winecow.com.au
Q: How much will delivery cost?
A: Delivery prices begin at 40c per carton for Perth metro addresses. Outer metro prices begin at 50c per carton. For a more accurate price on delivery costs please contact our administration staff at 08 9383 7666 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If you order before 2pm you will receive your goods the next day. All orders placed after 2pm will be received the day after next. Occasionally we may contact you to let you know your order could not fit on the trucks for this day, and will be prioritised for the following day. If you order is urgent, we ask that you please place your order by phone at 08 9383 7666.
For regional customers, we can deliver your orders within the same time parameters to your preferred freight provider.

Q: I am looking for a particular vintage of a wine label, but can’t find the vintages on your website?
A: Whilst we do supply vintages for our premium wines, we cannot supply the vintage for all products we sell in store. Due to the fast nature of vintages being received and delivered, the vintages constantly change. If you are looking for a particular vintage please call us at 08 9383 7666 and we will happily check for you.
