Breaking the mold in blended Scotch whisky, The Sassenach boasts an ornate composition of predominately Single Malt whisky aged between 9 and 12 years and bourbon barrel-aged 21-year-old Organic Single Grain, finished in Madeira casks.
The Sassenach emphasizes the fruity character of the Single Malt, while the organic Grain evokes a balanced subtle flavor, and the Madeira casks impart an added richness and complexity to the fruit notes with a roundness from their maturity. Bottled at 46%, The Sassenach is non-chill filtered and uses exclusively natural color – just as nature intended.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel and citrus fruits.
Taste: Smooth, with roasted almonds, honey, vanilla, tropical fruits, caramel and spice explosion.
Finish: Long, with lingering nutty notes and soft spice.
